About Us

The original bakery was located in a small part of Einstein’s. Shortly thereafter the bakery had grown so much that the space became too small and was moved to a location on Crescent Avenue. The location provided an opportunity to sell all of the desserts to retail clients as well as expanding the wholesale business to restaurants and coffee shops outside the Metrotainment Cafes family. Once again the bakery outgrew the location and moved to 691 14th Street in midtown in 2003. The bakery has grown from a one person operation to a staff of 16 very talented people. We responded to the requests of customers and have expanded the retail shop to include fresh flowers, balloons, greeting cards, paper plates, napkins, candles and seasonal gifts.

In addition to the cakes, cheesecakes, pies, cookies, mini sweets and tortes offered to all, wedding and commitment cakes can be ordered by setting up appointments for consultations of design and flavor.

As an extra service to our retail customers, the bakery will take orders and have them sent to any of our Metrotainment Cafes location for pickup.
